How should I wash my towel?

• Your beach towel is pretty durable and can be washed on most settings. For the first few washes, we recommend a cold gentle cycle and then a low heat dryer setting. 

What's the quality of the towel?

• The Beach Towel Co. towels are 600 GSM. This means they are premium weight towels. Think 5 star hotel quality towels. They are absorbent and heavy while still upholding a luxurious soft feel.

Do you accept returns?

• We are a brand new small business so we are working out the kinks on returns. If for any reason you are unhappy with your towel and you'd like to return it, please fill out a submission on our contact page and we will get back to you with further instructions from there.

How long will it take to receive my towel once I've purchased?

• Please allow 5-7 business days for your towel to arrive. If you need your towel sooner, please choose expedited shipping at check out.

Where do you ship to?

• For now, we are US based only. However, we have plans to expand to other countries soon! Drop a comment on our socials to let us know where you're from.
